Orthodontic Assistant

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and compassionate orthodontic assistant to join our patient-centered private orthodontic practice. The ideal candidate will assist the orthodontist during procedures, provide excellent patient care, and help ensure a smooth and positive experience for our patients at every visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for procedures and ensure their comfort
• Assist during exams and treatments, including bonding, banding, wire adjustments, and debonding.
• Take digital x-rays, impressions, photos and iTero scans
• Sterilize and organize equipment
• Educate patients
• Maintain accurate patient records using practice management software

Qualifications:

• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification required
• Orthodontic assisting experience required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Professional, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
