Orthodontic Assistant

Orthodontic Assistant – Full-Time (possible part-time arrangements as well)

We’re growing our team at Korch Orthodontics and are looking for a motivated Orthodontic Assistant who loves helping patients smile! If you thrive in a positive, team-focused environment and value excellent patient care, you’ll fit right in with our amazing team and caring orthodontist.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the orthodontist with high-quality orthodontic procedures
• Manage your own schedule for wire changes, bonding prep, aligner attachments, and more
• Educate and encourage patients throughout treatment
• Prepare and maintain clean treatment areas
• Take digital X-rays, photos, and iTero scans
• Document care accurately in digital charts

What We’re Looking For

• Orthodontic or dental assisting experience (we’ll train the right dental assistant!). Prefer minimum of one year experience or have graduated from a Dental Assistant program.
• Must have DANB Radiology certification
• Strong attention to detail and excellent hand skills
• Tech-comfortable; iTero experience is a plus. Experience with dental photography.
• Warm, engaging communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellence

Schedule

• Mon/Tues/Wed/Fri: 7:40 AM – 5:30 PM
• One Thursday/month: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
