Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Orthodontic Care Specialist to join our team. This role is primarily focused on chairside clinical care, with cross-training in front desk responsibilities to support a seamless patient experience.

Because we are a small, team-oriented practice, every team member plays an important role in both clinical and patient-facing aspects of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the doctor chairside during orthodontic procedures (braces, aligners, adjustments, etc.)
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and maintain sterilization protocols
• Take records including photos, scans, and radiographs
• Ensure patients feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for during visits
• Cross-trained front desk support:
• – Answer phones and assist with scheduling– Help coordinate patient visits and flow– Support new patient intake and follow-up communication
• Work closely with the doctor and team to deliver a smooth, high-quality patient experience
