What You'll Do

Clinical (70%): Digital scans, orthodontic procedures, patient education, sterilization protocols

Treatment Coordination (30%): Present treatment plans, handle insurance/payments, schedule treatment, and patient follow-up

Growth Opportunities: Cross-train in the front office, lead training, process improvement

What You Need

Required:

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) with CT radiology certification
• 1+ years orthodontic experience
• Strong communication skills
• Tech-savvy and growth-minded

Preferred: Treatment coordination experience, Invisalign knowledge, leadership background
