Orthodontic Clinical Technician

We’re not your typical orthodontic office, and we’re not looking for a typical team member. Our growing private practice at Wnek Family Orthodontics were searching for someone who brings energy, positivity, and attention to detail into every patient interaction. You’ll play a key role in both the clinical flow and overall patient experience. This includes:

• Assisting with orthodontic procedures and chairside support
• Preparing patients for treatment and ensuring comfort throughout their visit
• Taking digital scans, photos, and X-rays
• Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation
• Supporting smooth daily operations and efficient scheduling flow
• Creating a positive, upbeat environment for patients and teammates

We’re looking for someone who:

• Naturally connects with people and communicates with confidence
• Stays organized and focused in a busy setting
• Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do
• Enjoys learning and adapting as the practice grows
• Works well in a team and contributes to a positive culture

Your Schedule:

• 3–4 days per week (approximately 24–32 hours)
• No routine weekends
• Occasional flexibility for team events, training, or marketing activities

Qualifications (Preferred but Not Required for the Right Fit):

• Experience in orthodontics or dental assisting (1+ year preferred)
• Familiarity with practice management systems such as Ortho2 or similar
• Radiology certification (required to obtain)
• CPR certification
• Experience with digital scanning (iTero or similar) is a plus
• Knowledge of clear aligner therapy is a bonus

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
