Orthodontic Clinical Technician

We’re not your typical orthodontic office, and we’re not looking for a typical team member. Our growing private practice at Wnek Family Orthodontics were searching for someone who brings energy, positivity, and attention to detail into every patient interaction. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love connecting with people, and take pride in creating exceptional experiences, this could be the perfect fit.

You’ll play a key role in both the clinical flow and overall patient experience. This includes:

  • Assisting with orthodontic procedures and chairside support
  • Preparing patients for treatment and ensuring comfort throughout their visit
  • Taking digital scans, photos, and X-rays
  • Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation
  • Supporting smooth daily operations and efficient scheduling flow
  • Creating a positive, upbeat environment for patients and teammates

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Naturally connects with people and communicates with confidence
  • Stays organized and focused in a busy setting
  • Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do
  • Enjoys learning and adapting as the practice grows
  • Works well in a team and contributes to a positive culture

Your Schedule:

  • 3–4 days per week (approximately 24–32 hours)
  • No routine weekends
  • Occasional flexibility for team events, training, or marketing activities

Qualifications (Preferred but Not Required for the Right Fit):

  • Experience in orthodontics or dental assisting (1+ year preferred)
  • Familiarity with practice management systems such as Ortho2 or similar
  • Radiology certification (required to obtain)
  • CPR certification
  • Experience with digital scanning (iTero or similar) is a plus
  • Knowledge of clear aligner therapy is a bonus

What We Can Offer YOU:

  • Competitive hourly pay based on experience
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Paid time off
  • Employee discounts
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities
  • A supportive, team-focused environment where you can grow

Why This Role Stands Out

This isn’t just a job, it’s an opportunity to be part of a team and family that values growth, collaboration, and creating meaningful patient experiences every single day. If you’re looking for a place where your work matters and your personality is welcomed, we’d love to meet you.

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • 401(k)
  • Employee discount
