Summary

We are seeking an Orthodontic Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality orthodontic care and ensuring a positive experience for our young patients. Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontists during procedures to ensure efficient workflow.
• Prepare and maintain the treatment area, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.
• Take and develop X-rays as needed for patient assessments.
• Manage patient records using EMR system
• Educate patients and their families about oral hygiene practices and treatment plans.
• Monitor patient vital signs during procedures to ensure safety.
• Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment.

Qualifications

• Certification in dental assisting.
• 1-2 years of Ortho Experience
• Experience in pediatric dentistry or orthodontics is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and families.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
