4-Day Workweek
Monday–Thursday schedule (plus one Friday morning per month)

Consistent Hours

• Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday & Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 - Noon

One Office Location
No traveling between multiple practices.

Orthodontic or dental assisting experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person who has the right mindset and personality.

What You'll Do

• Provide friendly, high-quality chairside assistance during orthodontic procedures
• Take digital scans and assist with wire changes and adjustments
• Build genuine connections with patients and families
• Communicate clearly with doctors, teammates, and patients
• Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment following OSHA and infection control standards
• Stay organized and help keep the clinic running smoothly throughout the day
