Orthodontic Clinical Assistant – Full-Time (North Berkeley/Kensington)
Ferrari Larios Orthodontics is a state-of-the-art, forward-thinking orthodontic practice seeking a smart, compassionate, detail-oriented and energetic orthodontic assistant to join our team.

We also provide advanced orthodontic care, and some procedures are more involved than in a typical orthodontic setting, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a clinically sophisticated, hands-on environment. Key Responsibilities
- General orthodontic assisting: x-rays, digital impressions, photos, bonding attachments, removing/replacing wires, placing appliances such as expanders
- Chairside assisting and accurate chart documentation
- Assisting with advanced orthodontic procedures, including MARPE and other complex appliance-based treatments
- Educating patients and parents about appliances, hygiene, and treatment success
- Managing a digital workflow (Invisalign, Asana, EasyRX, ZenOne)
- Supporting inventory management and actively participating in regular team meetings
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of patient and practice information
- Helping keep appointments running on time while maintaining a high standard of care and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of dental assisting experience
- Orthodontic assisting experience preferred
- X-ray certification
- Coronal polishing and/or RDA license a plus
Schedule: 4 days per week, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, no weekends
Location: In-person at our North Berkeley/Kensington office (94707). Candidates must be able to commute reliably or relocate before starting.
