What You'll Do

• Work chair-side with our orthodontist to deliver outstanding patient care at every appointment
• Perform clinical procedures (placing and removing braces, changing archwires, taking records) with precision and care
• Educate patients and families on oral hygiene and what to expect throughout treatment
• Keep instruments sterilized, workspaces organized, and operatories fully prepped

What We're Looking For

• Enthusiastic, hard-working attitude. This matters more to us than a perfect resume
• 1+ year of orthodontic assisting experience preferred (but the right person can learn)
• Current X-ray certification preferred
• Strong communicator who genuinely enjoys working with people of all ages
• Team player who takes initiative and lifts up the people around them
