We’re Hiring: Bilingual Orthodontic Assistant
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Orthodontic Assistant who is passionate about patient care and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. If you’re friendly, detail-oriented, and fluent in both English and Spanish, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do

• Assist the orthodontist during clinical procedures, including bonding, bracket placement/removal, archwire adjustments, and digital scans
• Prepare patients for treatment by reviewing charts, explaining procedures, and ensuring comfort
• Capture diagnostic records: photos, X-rays, and digital impressions
• Maintain accurate clinical notes using modern dental software
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care
• Ensure proper sterilization and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
• Support daily workflow by preparing trays and monitoring inventory
• Provide clear communication and translation for Spanish-speaking patients
• Collaborate with the front office to ensure smooth scheduling and patient flow

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2+ years of orthodontic assisting experience
• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish
• Active Texas RDA license and CPR certification
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate chairside manner
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and a true team player
• Experience with Invisalign, Damon system, or digital imaging is a plus
