What You’ll Do

• Assist with braces, aligners, and orthodontic procedures
• Take records (photos, scans, X-rays)
• Prepare and seat patients efficiently
• Educate patients on treatment and oral hygiene
• Support the doctor in delivering excellent clinical outcomes
• Help maintain a smooth, organized clinical flow

Who We’re Looking For

• Orthodontic or dental assisting experience required
• RDA/OA preferred (California)
• Positive, reliable, and team-oriented
• Strong communication and patient interaction skills
• Solid work history—we’re building a long-term team, not a revolving door
