The Role

We’re looking for an Orthodontic Dental Assistant who is confident chairside, enjoys working with kids, and can keep pace in a well-run, busy practice.

You’ll be hands-on every day—bonding, adjustments, wire changes, digital scans, and helping patients and parents feel comfortable and informed.

What the Day Looks Like

• Assisting with bonding, adjustments, archwire changes, and digital scans
• Keeping the schedule running smoothly and on time
• Creating a positive experience for kids and parents
• Maintaining clean, organized operatories
• Working with a team that supports each other and takes pride in the work

What We’re Looking For

• MA Dental Assisting License (required)
• Radiology Certification (required)
• Current BLS (required)
• 1+ years orthodontic assisting experience
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with children
• Organized, reliable, and team-oriented

Experienced dental assistants with strong interest in orthodontics are encouraged to apply—we’re willing to train the right person.
