Duties

• Assist orthodontists during various procedures, including bracket placement, wire adjustments, and appliance fittings, utilizing four-handed dentistry techniques to maximize efficiency.
• Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up necessary supplies, and ensuring all equipment is in optimal condition following strict infection control protocols.
• Take and develop dental X-rays, including panoramic and cephalometric images, ensuring accurate positioning and adherence to safety standards.
• Educate patients on orthodontic care instructions, appliance maintenance, and oral hygiene practices tailored for pediatric dentistry and teenage patients.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members as part of a skilled four-handed dentistry team while providing compassionate patient care.
