Orthodontic Dental Assistant

Dobbs Orthodontics is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Orthodontic Assistant to join our exceptional team. If you are a proactive, detail-oriented, and friendly individual with a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others, we would love to hear from you!

Duties
- Assist the orthodontist in providing quality dental care to patients
- Prepare treatment rooms and set up instruments and equipment
- Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays)
- Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Changing wires / o-ties
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient flow

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a dental or orthodontic office is highly desirable
- Licensed as Registered Dental Assistant
- Licensed to take dental radiographs
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Salary and benefits are dependent on level of experience. Our office is open Tuesday-Friday.
