Howard Orthodontics is a thriving, high-tech orthodontic practice with two locations in Lancaster County. We are seeking an experienced Orthodontic Assistant who is confident, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient care.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly Pay: $18 – $28 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the following:
  • Chairside assisting with orthodontic procedures including bonding, adjustments, and appliance removal
  • Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining clinical workflow
  • Educating patients and parents on oral hygiene, appliance care, and treatment progress
  • Taking digital scans, photos, and radiographs as needed
  • Managing clinical documentation and assisting with patient flow
  • Providing occasional front-desk support on non-doctor days, as needed
Qualifications:
You will be required to possess the following:
  • Prior experience as an Orthodontic Assistant strongly preferred
  • Experience in a fast-paced orthodontic or dental setting
  • Familiarity with digital orthodontic platforms (Invisalign, SureSmile, iTero) or willingness to learn
  • Radiology certification is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset
