Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthodontic Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care while assisting orthodontists in delivering high-quality treatments. This position requires a strong understanding of dental terminology, chairside assisting, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontists during procedures by preparing instruments and materials for treatment.
• Perform chairside assisting duties, ensuring a smooth workflow and patient comfort.
• Take X-rays and perform medical imaging as required for treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
• Ensure infection control protocols are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure optimal patient care and satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
