Your Role & Impact

As our Orthodontic Assistant, you'll be the heartbeat of our practice. You're not only working on ortho appliances; you're creating moments that make families feel welcomed, supported, and excited about their orthodontic journey. Every interaction you have helps a child overcome dental anxiety or gives a parent peace of mind about their family's oral health.

What you'll master:

• Become the friendly face and voice families trust
• Photography and Intraoral Scanning
• Orthodontic Appliances
• Build genuine connections with patients and families
• Grow skills that translate to any industry (communication, problem-solving, healthcare administration)

Who We're Looking For

Must-haves:

• Fast learner who's excited about growth

• Xray (Radiology) License

Nice-to-haves:

• Any healthcare/service industry experience
• Familiarity with dental software (Dolphin is a plus)
• RDA or COA (big plus!)
