Orthodontic Dental Assistant/Dental Assistant

We're hiring! We are in need of an orthodontic dental assistant to join our team at New England Orthodontic Specialists!

We are a growing a high-tech, fun orthodontic practice that provides excellent service to the best patients in the North Shore area (serving Peabody, Danvers, Beverly, Topsfield, Hamilton, Wenham, and Salem) and would like to expand our team with an orthodontic dental assistant who is driven to deliver excellent patient care with an upbeat and friendly attitude.

Some of the qualities we are looking for:

• Must be Licensed Dental Assistant
• Dental X-ray certified and digital X-ray experience
• Provide memorable patient experiences by showing compassion for our patients and parents
• Must be energetic, with great attention to detail, and professional in performing their duties
• Is dependable, punctual, organized and a great team player
• Should feel comfortable with technological advancements i.e.; digital photographs, digital impressions, use of a computer and dental software

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· See patients clinically for orthodontic appointments

· Creating a positive atmosphere for patients, parents, and team members.

· Educating patient on their dental needs, communicating importance of dental health, being flexible and accommodating

· Coordinate with Clinical Team Leader and Doctors to provide the opportunity for same day care to patients

*Ability to travel to area locations (2) during the week. The 2 locations are within 10-15min of one another.

Part time and Full time positions available, no weekends, and a competitive benefits package.
