Front Desk Receptionist with Growth Opportunity

Modern Orthodontist and Ikon Orthodontics are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable person to join our growing team.

This role will start as a part-time front desk position at Modern Orthodontist in the Cypress/Tomball area. Our new Katy/Fulshear location, Ikon Orthodontics, is expected to open in approximately 3 months. Once that office opens, this person is expected to transition to the Katy/Fulshear location and move toward a full-time role there.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a new practice from the beginning. As the new office grows, the role may develop into an office lead position with more responsibility in scheduling, patient communication, front desk workflow, and daily office coordination.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone friendly, dependable, organized, punctual, and comfortable talking with patients and families. A clear, friendly phone presence is important.

Orthodontic experience is helpful but not required. We are more focused on personality, reliability, communication, computer comfort, flexibility, and willingness to learn.

Pay

$15 to $20 per hour, based on experience

• Are you available for the current Modern Orthodontist schedule and the future full-time schedule at the new Katy/Fulshear office?

Current Modern Orthodontist schedule:

Week 1: Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Week 2: Tuesday and Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM

This schedule repeats every 2 weeks. Saturday availability every other week is required.

Once the new Katy/Fulshear office opens, this role is expected to transition toward full-time at that location, with some weekend availability needed.
