Orthodontic Office Front Desk Associate

Job Overview
TT Orthodontics is seeking a qualified, professional, and motivated Front Desk Associate. Our front desk associate must have a great work ethic, be an organized and professional individual who has excellent communication skills. This individual must also be a team player. As a team member, you will have the opportunity to develop relationships with all of our New Patients, build productive and smart schedules to benefit the practice and patients, be exposed to various insurance plans to understand the patient's breakdown of benefits, and so much more. You will be able to gain the skills and knowledge on all things orthodontics. The ideal candidate would have dental experience with a familiarity with Orthodontic knowledge.

  • Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage scheduling, confirmations, and patient flow to ensure an efficient day
  • Communicate clearly with patients in both English and Spanish
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and appointment inquiries
  • Maintain accurate patient records and support administrative processes
  • Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to deliver an exceptional orthodontic experience
  • Identify opportunities to improve schedule productivity and patient satisfaction
