What We’re Looking For:

We’re searching for a friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a team environment. If you love making people feel welcome and have a passion for excellent customer service, this role is perfect for you!

Must-Haves:

• 1-3 years of customer service experience (bonus points for medical or dental experience!)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Experience with multi-line phone systems
• A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn
