Orthodontic Patient Coordinator

Our state of the art, well-established, energetic, and fun specialty dental practice has an opening for a full-time Dental Specialty Patient Coordinator working with Orthodontics.

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working collaboratively with diverse teams to deliver exceptional results and customer experiences. As a Patient Coordinator, you will be presenting treatment and interacting closely with patients as their advocate.

Requirements:

• Experience in with orthodontic treatment coordination
  
• Ability to take clinical records including intraoral scans, photos, and x-rays

• Time and schedule management
  
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  
• Strong computer skills

This position offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $28.00/hour and up depending upon experience. Company benefits include employer subsidized health care, dental care, 401K contribution, paid holidays, and paid time off.
