Orthodontic Practice- Front Office Receptionist

We are an Orthodontic Specialty Practice, seeking to fill the positions below:

Front Office Desk- Entry Level Position

This in an entry-level position. Therefor no experience is necessary, we are willing to train anyone who is looking for a long term job.

FULL-TIME Schedule/Hours:

• Mon-Fri from 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
• Saturdays 8:00 AM-3:00 PM

Requirements:

• Bilingual is a must (English/Spanish)
• Great customer service
• Show up consistently and on-time, every time.
• Gets along well with others and has a supportive team-player attitude.
• Possess a strong attention detail and desire to get things done quickly and correctly.
• Adapt well to a fast-paced environment where changes occur frequently.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 10 lbs.
• Ability to multi-task
• Neat/Organized

Responsibilities:

• Schedule/Cancel appointments
• Process Payments
• Verify Insurances
• Check Voicemails
• Answer Phone Calls
• Minimum Level of Education Required "High School Diploma"

**Salary: $19/hour + Full Benefits

**Must have reliable transportation (Car and Driver's License)
