About Us

Cronin & Czarnik Orthodontics is a state-of-the-art, private orthodontic practice in Westminster, CO. We are known for delivering exceptional patient experiences, maintaining the highest clinical standards, and creating a team culture that is supportive, upbeat, and growth-oriented.

We are currently seeking a full-time team member who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and ready to grow.

No prior orthodontic experience required—we will train the right person.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and sterilize instruments with strict attention to detail
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient clinical spaces
• Assist in delivering an exceptional patient experience
• Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols
• Monitor equipment and ensure proper function and maintenance
• Support the clinical team with efficiency and professionalism
• Continuously learn and take on increasing responsibility

What Sets You Apart

• Experience in dental/orthodontic or clinical settings (preferred but not required)
• Strong customer service background—you genuinely enjoy people
• Ability to connect with patients and make them feel comfortable and valued

Schedule: Tuesday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (32 hours/week)
