Orthodontic Records Assistant

As the Digital Orthodontic Records Assistant you are one of the first faces our new patients see. You are responsible for being warm, inviting and calming their fears, helping them feel excited and supported by the end of their visit. The Digital Orthodontic Records Assistant will be responsible for taking and uploading all new patient records, all progress and all final records with our advanced technology machines. These photos include: CBCT, digital scanners, and extraoral/intraoral photos. You will also be responsible for sending treatment requests, lab slips for appliances, and helping assistants with seating patients, chairside assistance and sterilization during downtime.

Must be technology competent. X-ray certification is a plus but not required to apply. Experience with intraoral scanners is a plus. If you are not X-Ray certified, you must start the course within 30 days of hire and complete by 90 days.

Will pay for an X-ray course 50% up front, 50% reimbursed after 12 months of continuous employment!

We are a two-doctor orthodontic practice. We see patients Mondays-Fridays, approximately 4 days a week on a rotating schedule. This position will be full time (32-40 hours)

Our office hours are: Monday 9am-6pmTuesday 8am-5pmWednesday 8am-5pmThursday 11am-4pmFriday 7:30am-4:00pm

Job Types: Full-time

Starting Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour. All new team members start at a training rate, which is based on licensure, skill set, and experience. Pay increases will be based on skill competency and mastery of Synergi’s standards.
