Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors
- Provide outstanding customer service to our patients, coworkers, and the public
- Follow HIPAA confidentiality guidelines
- Answer patient phone calls while a pleasant and positive attitude and a smile
- Check patients into the patient management system
- Verify insurance eligibility
- Ensure financial agreements are signed, scanned, and entered into the Practice management system
- Note in patient’s appointments; next day co-pays and balances to be collected
- Collect all balances and co-pays
- Be a team player
Work Experience/Education/Requirements:
- Dental administration experience, Hospitality experience, Medical administration experience.
- Ortho Cloud 9 Software knowledge is a PLUS
- Positive, friendly attitude and solutions-based problem-solver
- Team-oriented, organized, hard-worker, reliable, persuasive and friendly
- Have a high tolerance for stress and an ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Be able to negotiate and communicate effectively
- Excellent time management skills and competency in computers, data entry, and problem-solving.
- Be cheerful and enlighten the mood with a friendly smile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Sales or retail experience preferred.
- Pediatric Dentistry experience is plus+

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
