RJob Title: Part-Time Orthodontist (Revenue Share Basis)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Orthodontist to join our medical facility on a part-time, revenue-sharing basis. The ideal candidate must have prior UAE experience, hold a valid DHA license, and be on their own visa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat dental and facial irregularities
• Plan and execute orthodontic treatments (braces, aligners, retainers, etc.)
• Assess patient needs and develop customized treatment plans
• Monitor treatment progress and make necessary adjustments
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with UAE healthcare regulations
• Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists as needed

Requirements:

• Valid DHA License (mandatory)
• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience as an Orthodontist
• Must have own visa (self-sponsored or spouse-sponsored)
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and patient management skills
• Ability to work independently on a part-time schedule

Compensation:

• Revenue-sharing basis (percentage to be discussed)
• Flexible working hours

Preferred Qualifications:

• Arabic-speaking candidates are a plus
• Experience in UAE dental clinics
• Ability to build and maintain a patient base
