Orthodontist 3-days $225k Salary + Car + Housing | NYC-Adjacent

**2-3 days a week** $225,000 Guaranteed** Luxury Car + Transportation + Housing ** Full Medical/Dental + 401(K) **

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Orthodontist to join our team. Our office has been in practice for 30 years+. As the practice is growing, we are looking for the perfect Orthodontist to join us! The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving patients' smiles and oral health through orthodontic treatment. This role requires expertise in various orthodontic procedures, excellent patient management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine orthodontic needs and treatment plans.
• Perform orthodontic procedures, including the placement of braces, Invisalign, and other corrective devices.
• Oversee dental extractions when necessary as part of the orthodontic treatment process.
• Collaborate with general dentists and pediatric dentists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using dental terminology.
• Educate patients and their families on oral hygiene practices and the importance of maintaining their orthodontic appliances.
• Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure a safe and sterile environment in the dental clinic.
• Stay updated on advancements in orthodontics and participate in ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy related to dental structures and orthodontics.
• Proficiency in dental fabrication techniques for creating custom orthodontic devices.
• Familiarity with pediatric dentistry practices is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dental office environment while maintaining high standards of care.
• Commitment to providing compassionate care and improving patient outcomes.

Compensation

• Fixed $225,000 a year
• Arrive Monday 7am to Wednesday 3pm (for 8-10 hours a day). Direct bus from NYC.
