Orthopaedic Spine - Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner RNFA (PA/NP-RNFA)

NY Orthopedics PC is a private, minimally invasive spine surgery practice serving patients throughout New York and New Jersey. We are a growing, modern spine practice focused on high-quality care, innovation, and expansion into regenerative medicine. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our orthopedic spine team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside an experienced orthopedic spine surgeon in a collaborative, fast-paced, and supportive environment. Responsibilities

• Perform patient consultations and physical examinations
• Conduct pre-operative and post-operative evaluations
• Serve as surgical first assist
• Review and interpret diagnostics (MRI, CT, X-ray, EMG)
• Develop treatment plans and manage medications
• Coordinate care and maintain direct communication with patients
• Collaborate with surgeons and advanced providers

Qualifications

• Active PA license in New Jersey
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to multiple NJ locations
• Prior orthopedic/spine experience preferred
• New graduates welcome (must have passed PA exam; training provided)

Compensation & Benefits

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 8–10 hour shifts
• No weekends
• No in-person call

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
