Location: Bahrain
We are seeking a highly skilled Orthopaedic Surgeon (Chief Resident Level 1) to provide advanced surgical care, support senior consultants, and supervise junior residents. The role involves managing complex orthopaedic cases while contributing to clinical training and patient care excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist and perform orthopaedic surgeries under supervision
- Diagnose and manage musculoskeletal conditions and injuries
- Supervise and guide junior residents and medical staff
- Participate in emergency and trauma cases
- Conduct patient assessments, treatment planning, and follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Participate in academic activities, case discussions, and training
Qualifications
- MBBS + MS/DNB in Orthopaedics (or equivalent)
- Valid medical license / registration
- Eligibility for Chief Resident Level 1 position
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in orthopaedic surgery and trauma care
- Strong clinical and surgical skills
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments
- Leadership and teaching abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in joint replacement, trauma, or sports injuries
- Participation in research or academic publications
