Orthopaedic Surgeon - Medical Expert

ORTHOPAEDIC SURGEON - MEDICAL EXPERT

Location: Oldsmar, Florida (Tampa Bay area)

Responsibilities:

- Perform Independent/Compulsory Medical Examinations (IME/CME), Records Reviews and provide Expert Witness Services relating to personal injury, medical malpractice and Worker’s Compensation claims.

- No treatment or establishment of patient care

- No on-call

- No required travel

Requirements:

- Active/unrestricted Florida licensed (M.D.) Physician

- Board Certification

- Consistency of developing opinions based on accepted medical standards of care

- Producing timely reports

- Board specialty training relating to the conditions being evaluated for the CME or Records Review.
