Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapist

About Us

At 208 Physical Therapy, we provide outpatient, orthopedic and sports physical therapy that is personal, intentional, and built around real relationships. We’re seeking a Physical Therapist who values individualized care, has a growth mindset, enjoys working in a collaborative environment, and is excited to grow clinically within a supportive team culture.

As an outpatient Physical Therapist, you’ll work with a diverse caseload and have the autonomy to deliver high-quality, one-on-one care that aligns with your interests and strengths. We believe in meeting patients where they are, thinking beyond protocols, and helping people move with confidence so they can return to the activities that matter most to them.

We are committed to supporting physical therapists who want to pursue specialization or advanced training in areas such as sports physical therapy, orthopedic rehabilitation, or women’s health. Whether you’re early in your career or an experienced clinician, we encourage continued education, mentorship, and professional development that aligns with your long-term goals.

You’ll be part of an outpatient clinic culture that values quality over volume, open communication, and shared accountability. Your ideas matter here, your growth is prioritized, and your work makes a meaningful impact—on your patients, your teammates, and the community we serve.

If you’re looking for an outpatient PT role where you can build expertise, grow professionally, and practice in a way that reflects your values, we’d love to connect.
