Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist who:

  • Has strong orthopedic and manual therapy skills
  • Has a deep interest in understanding root cause and whole-body relationships
  • Has experience treating or a strong interest in spine conditions (disc, chronic low back pain, postural dysfunction)
  • Is curious, thoughtful, and committed to continuous learning
  • Thrives in a collaborative, team-based environment
  • Is interested in integrating physical therapy with Pilates and wellness
  • Is available to work evenings and Saturdays
  • Brings presence, professionalism, and care to every patient interaction

Bonus (not required):

  • Experience or interest in Spine, Pelvis, Thorax, TMJ conditions
  • Experience in Vestibular
  • Pilates Certification or Experience

This role is for someone who sees physical therapy as a craft and a lifelong practice, not just a job.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients using a whole-body, movement-based approach
  • Treat a caseload including:
  • Spine and complex orthopedic conditions
  • TMJ/craniofacial cases (if interested or willing to develop)
  • Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals
  • Deliver high-quality, one-on-one care (40–60 min sessions)
  • Complete documentation and authorizations in a timely manner
  • Communicate with referring providers and collaborate with the care team
  • Support patient retention and continuity of care
  • Contribute to specialty program development

Education, Training, and Experience

  • Master’s and/or Doctorate from an accredited PT program
  • Active NY State PT license
  • Minimum 5+ years clinical experience
  • Strong background in orthopedic and manual therapy
  • Passion for Continuing Education

Preferred:

  • Experience with spine-focused care
  • Training in manual therapy + motor control systems
  • Exposure to:
  • Kinetic Control (Comerford)
  • ConnectTherapy™ / LJ Lee / Diane Lee
  • IPA / Integrated Systems Model
  • NOI / pain science

Compensation & Benefits

  • $110,000 – $140,000 based on experience and schedule

Work in a 9,000 sq ft wellness center with private treatment rooms, natural light, and access to advanced tools including Pilates equipment, Shockwave, Tecar, RTUS, BFR, Capnography and more.

All care is 1:1 45 min sessions—designed for true clinical reasoning.
