Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with orthopedic surgeons, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers to expand product adoption and sales.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase device features and benefits.
- Identify customer needs through analysis skills and provide tailored solutions that meet clinical requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to secure successful sales agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage existing accounts proactively, ensuring ongoing support, training, and service to foster long-term partnerships.
- Lead outside sales efforts by planning visits, organizing product demos, and following up on leads to maximize outreach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on product innovations, industry trends, and regulatory compliance standards.
