Orthopedic Surgeon

## Overview We are seeking skilled Orthopedic Surgeons to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orthopedic medicine and be dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.

## Duties

- Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions and injuries

- Perform surgical procedures when necessary

- Interpret diagnostic tests such as X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans

- Develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in orthopedic medicine

## Skills - Proficiency in medical coding for accurate documentation

- Experience or willingness to learn telehealth practices - Knowledge of radiation therapy for specific cases

- Familiarity with nursing home orthopedics

- Understanding of cardiology implications in orthopedic care

- Health coaching skills to guide patients through recovery processes

- Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) used in orthopedics

- Exposure to gastroenterology interactions with orthopedic conditions

- Strong grasp of physiology to inform treatment decisions
