Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate OSCP Certified Trainer to join our academic faculty. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality hands-on cybersecurity training to students and professionals preparing for OSCP and related certifications.

We will also consider trainers holding other global cybersecurity certifications (CEH, CPENT, CISM, CISSP, etc.) who are passionate and willing to upskill and become OSCP Certified Trainers with Technovalley’s support.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver OSCP training sessions (and other offensive security modules) with a strong emphasis on practical labs and real-world scenarios.
• Develop, update, and customize course content aligned with OffSec standards.
• Mentor students through labs, assessments, and exam preparation.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, workshops, and hackathons.
• Stay updated on latest penetration testing methodologies, exploits, and security tools.
• Collaborate with Technovalley’s Academic Excellence team to ensure global-standard delivery.
• Assist in building a community of ethical hackers and cybersecurity professionals under Technovalley.

Requirements

• Mandatory:
• OSCP Certification (or in final stages of certification).
• Preferred:
• Additional certifications: CEH, CPENT, CHFI, eCPPT, CISSP, CISM, CSA, etc.
• 2–6 years of hands-on industry or training experience in penetration testing / red teaming.
• Strong practical knowledge of:
• Kali Linux, Exploitation Frameworks, Buffer Overflows, Web & Network PenTesting.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and presentation skills.
• Passion to teach, guide, and inspire students toward global careers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,606.45 - ₹37,626.49 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Edapally, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
