OSINT PAI Targeting Analyst – SME

SSU is currently recruiting for three OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst – SME to support United States Special Operation Command. This opportunity is contingent upon awarded contract.

Location: Washington, DC and OCONUS/TDY at a fixed location

Security Clearance: TS, SCI eligible

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for conducting advanced collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (PED), reporting, and targeting using publicly available and commercially available data sources.
• Interface with the Intelligence Community to produce intelligence assessments in support of special operations, targeting, HUMINT and exploitation operations, cyber operations, and indications and warnings threat estimates.
• Fuse publicly available and commercially available information for multiintelligence assessments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of eight (8) years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community.
• Minimum of three (3) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation directly supporting special operations, intelligence operations, kinetic/nonkinetic targeting, and/or HUMINT lead development. Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations in preferred. (Note: experience with traditional/legacy OSINT duties (i.e. reviewing, translating, and/or reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAI, social media, or news sources) will not be considered equivalent experience).
• Minimum two (2) years of experience with digital signature reduction.
• Advanced proficiency in the current suite of available allsource intelligence tools, databases, and repositories, as well as analytic and targeting methodology.
• Advanced proficiency with the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology, and a strong understanding of the digital information environment (including social media, the internet, commercially available data, and deep/dark web data sources).
• Advanced understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy.
• Superior written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
• Superior verbal briefing skills, with demonstrated history of briefing at the O5/GS14 level or above.
