OSP Construction Supervisor (Montgomery)

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced OSP Construction Supervisor to lead and oversee the successful execution of overhead plant (OSP) construction projects. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations and ensure projects are completed safely and on time. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, solid experience in construction management, and a thorough understanding of building codes, regulations and safety practices.

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in the broadband construction, telecom construction or aerial construction.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSHA guidelines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Problem solving abilities.
• Diploma or degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to work in all weather conditions
• Able to stand for long period of time
• Able to lift over 20 pounds.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
