OSP Project Engineer

Are you an experienced OSP Project Manager with a proven track record in STC OSP works ? We're looking for a highly capable and proactive individual to join our team.

As an OSP Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Outside Plant projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Supervise Telecom infrastructure implementation as per STC standards.

Prepare daily/weekly plans for OSP teams (Civil & Fiber).

Provide daily supervision for assigned workload , observing and reporting any deviations during site implementation to management.

Serve as the lead engineer on Outside Plant (OSP) projects.

Manage OSP projects from start to finish , ensuring all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Coordinate with utility companies, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of OSP projects.

Monitor OSP construction activities to ensure compliance with engineering plans and specifications.

Perform quality assurance inspections of OSP facilities upon completion of construction.

Lead and coordinate teams and project activities to ensure efficient execution and timely completion of OSP projects.

Represent the company in meetings with STC , effectively communicating project status, challenges, and solutions.

Monitor and track project progress , identifying potential risks and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Manage material requests and procurement , ensuring timely availability of necessary resources.

Oversee and manage subcontractors , ensuring their work adheres to project specifications and quality standards.

Proactively identify and resolve project issues , minimizing disruptions and maintaining project momentum.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in OSP (Outside Plant) project management.
• Demonstrable expertise in STC OSP works is mandatory.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, particularly in client-facing scenarios.
• Proven problem-solving capabilities.
