Job Summary (List Format) OSS / Tools Administrator

Administer and maintain ManageEngine tool suite (OpManager, EventLog Analyzer, Analytics Plus, PAM360, ServiceDesk).
Design and optimize dashboards, SLA reports, and alerting to enhance operational visibility and efficiency.
Support API integrations with external systems (e.g., SIEM, ITSM, APM, Cloud platforms).
Handle tool patching, database maintenance, user access control, and permission management.
Ensure system stability, security compliance, and performance tuning for ManageEngine components.
Collaborate with IT teams to improve monitoring, reporting, and automation capabilities.
Utilize strong troubleshooting and documentation skills to resolve issues and streamline processes.
Apply knowledge of network monitoring, event management, and ITSM best practices.
Leverage experience with database administration and API integrations to support tool functionality.
