OT-ICS Engineer

Qualifications:

Min. bachelor’s degree in Electrical-Electronics or Control-Automation Engineering
Min. 5 years work experience in the industrial control systems that used in the Power Plants (Hydro, Wind, Solar, Thermal or NG)
Aiming to work and specialize in Industrial Control Systems
Open to learning, analytical thinking, having effective communication skills and suitable for teamwork
Good command of written and spoken English
Skilled in auditing OT systems, identifying gaps, and providing detailed reports.
Experience in the following areas:
Industrial control systems (PLC, SCADA, and DCS),
Network architecture and communication protocols used in OT systems,
Industrial Server&Client Stations, Managed Switches and Firewalls
Information security and cybersecurity standards for OT systems (TS ISO/IEC 27001/27002/27019, IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82),
Public and Industry specific regulations required for power plants in the field of cybersecurity
No travel restrictions,
Class B driver's license,
Will be able to reside in İstanbul.

Job Descriptions:

Planning the necessary actions and coordinating them with the relevant departments to ensure maximum compliance with the criteria specified in the relevant regulations, legislation, procedures and standards followed for industrial control systems,
Provide supervision and support to perform necessary works within the scope of the EPDK ICS Information Security and Cybersecurity Maturity Model, and coordinate them with relevant departments,
Provide supervision and support to perform necessary works within the scope of TS ISO/IEC 27001 standard, and coordinate them with relevant departments,
Periodically reviewing industrial control systems (ICS), identifying and reporting vulnerabilities, and planning necessary improvements (regular audits, assessments, and peer reviews to identify gaps in security)
Coordination and execution of ICS processes in the Information Security Management Systems Committee,
Develop improvement plans and projects for OT Cybersecurity infrastructure,
Perform lifecycle analyses for critical components in industrial control systems and create update and upgrade plans,
Prepare comprehensive audit reports, summarize key findings and present actionable insights to management,
Ensure the necessary coordination and collaboration between departments for operational excellence.
