Job Title: OT Incharge / Manager / Head (Cardiac Specialized)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage OT operations with specialization in cardiac and general surgeries.
• Coordinate with patients, doctors, consultants, and relatives for pre- and post-operative care.
• Explain surgical packages, handle negotiations, and offer discounts as needed.
• Liaise with vendors, OT staff, and ICU teams to ensure smooth surgical workflow.
• Assist in surgeries, especially cardiac and joint replacement procedures.
• Operate and manage CAM machines and other OT equipment.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in cardiac OT, joint replacement, and use of advanced OT technologies.
• Certification in Infection Control is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
