We have vacancy for OT incharge or Manager - Nursing for OT

Qualification - GNM/BSC Nursing

Experience - 10+ yrs. of OT experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management:
• Ensure the efficient scheduling and utilization of operation theatres.
• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff to ensure timely and smooth operations.
• Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the operation theatre and equipment.
• Staff Management:
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the team.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Inventory and Supplies Management:
• Monitor and manage the inventory of surgical supplies, instruments, and equipment.
• Coordinate with the procurement department to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Ensure the proper storage and handling of sterile supplies and equipment.
• Quality Assurance:
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of the operation theatre to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and accreditation standards.
• Patient Care:
• Coordinate with the pre-operative and post-operative teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Address any concerns or issues raised by patients or their families related to the operation theatre.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients undergoing surgical procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
