OT Nurse (Operating Theatre Nurse) – One Day Surgery Hospital

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated OT Nurse to join our One Day Surgery Hospital in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong operating theatre experience, excellent patient care skills, and the ability to work efficiently within a multidisciplinary surgical team in a fast-paced environment.

Salary

AED 7,000 – 10,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms before surgical procedures
• Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during operations
• Ensure surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment are properly prepared and sterile
• Monitor patient safety and maintain aseptic techniques throughout procedures
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and surgical records
• Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and DHA standards
• Coordinate effectively with the surgical team for smooth OT operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing
• Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter as Registered Nurse
• Minimum 2–5 years of OT / Surgical experience in hospitals or day surgery centers
• Strong knowledge of sterilization techniques and operating theatre protocols
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a surgical environment

Preferred Qualifications

• UAE healthcare experience preferred
• Experience in Day Surgery / Ambulatory Surgical Centers
• ACLS/BLS certification preferred
• Experience in multiple surgical specialties is an advantage

Experience:
