Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated OT Nurse / Scrub Nurse with a valid DHA license to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate will assist surgeons during operative procedures, maintain a sterile field, and ensure patient safety in compliance with DHA and hospital standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare operating room and surgical instruments prior to procedures</li><li>Act as Scrub Nurse during surgeries, maintaining strict aseptic technique</li><li>Assist surgeons by anticipating surgical needs during procedures</li><li>Ensure correct counting of instruments, needles, and sponges</li><li>Monitor and maintain sterility of the operating field</li><li>Coordinate with anesthetists, surgeons, and OT staff</li><li>Follow infection control and patient safety protocols</li><li>Complete OT documentation accurately</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
