OT Staff

We are looking for a dedicated OT Staff Nurse to join our surgical team. You will play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and smooth surgical procedures while providing excellent care to patients before, during, and after surgery.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the OT, surgical instruments, and equipment for procedures.
• Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and other staff during operations.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols.
• Help with patient positioning, draping, and post-operative care.
• Document surgical procedures and patient progress accurately.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing
• Registered Staff Nurse
• Experience in OT or surgical nursing preferred
• Knowledge of aseptic techniques and patient safety standards
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
