OT Staff Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled OT Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The role involves providing high-quality perioperative nursing care, assisting surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the OT before surgery, ensuring all equipment, instruments, and supplies are sterilized and ready.
• Assist the surgical team during procedures by anticipating needs and maintaining a sterile field.
• Monitor patients pre-operatively, intra-operatively, and post-operatively.
• Administer medications and IV fluids as directed by the surgeon or anesthetist.
• Handle surgical specimens safely and maintain accurate documentation.
• Adhere to infection control and hospital protocols at all times.
• Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of OT equipment.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families before and after surgery.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthetists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient care.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
