OT Staff Nurse

• Pre-Surgery: Prepare the OR, sterilize equipment, stock supplies, prep the patient (positioning, vitals), and confirm patient readiness.
• During Surgery: Act as a scrub nurse (handing instruments) or circulating nurse (managing logistics), maintain the sterile field, pass supplies, monitor vitals, and document everything.
• Post-Surgery: Provide immediate recovery care, manage dressings, count instruments/sponges with the circulating nurse, document, and ensure proper disposal of waste.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and techs for seamless operations.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records, adhere to infection control, and follow safety protocols.

Core Duties

• Patient evaluation and preparation.
• Instrument and supply management (inventory, sterilization).
• Assisting surgeons (scrubbing in or circulating).
• Monitoring patient status (vitals, immediate needs).
• Post-operative patient care and education.
• Sterile technique maintenance and infection control.
• Accurate recording and documentation.
• Coordination with other departments (CSSD, Wards)

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
