Job Summary:

The OT Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care in the Operation Theatre, assisting surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures, and ensuring strict adherence to sterile protocols and patient safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Operation Theatre before surgery (instruments, equipment, sterile field).
• Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and surgical team during procedures.
• Ensure proper sterilization and handling of surgical instruments.
• Monitor patient’s vital signs before, during, and after surgery.
• Maintain accurate OT records and documentation.
• Follow infection control and hospital safety protocols.
• Coordinate with CSSD and other departments for instrument and equipment availability.
• Ensure proper positioning and safety of patients during procedures.
• Handle emergency situations efficiently in OT.
• Maintain stock of surgical supplies and report shortages.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
