OT Techician

Job Summary

Aravaind IVF & Fertility Center is looking for a skilled and responsible OT Technician to assist in maintaining operation theatre standards and supporting doctors and nurses during surgical and IVF-related procedures. The candidate should ensure safety, sterility, and smooth functioning of OT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the operation theatre before, during, and after procedures
• Assist doctors and nursing staff during surgeries and IVF procedures
• Ensure proper sterilization of OT instruments and equipment
• Handle and maintain surgical instruments, machines, and consumables
• Follow OT protocols, infection control, and safety guidelines
• Maintain OT records, checklists, and inventory
• Ensure proper disposal of biomedical waste
• Support emergency procedures as required

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma / Certificate in OT Technology
• Relevant experience in OT (IVF / gynecology experience preferred)
• Knowledge of sterilization techniques and OT protocols
• Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency situations
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and hygiene standards
